Hey there! This week, we’re excited to share updates on some of our latest projects. At the Richter shop, we’re adding the finishing touches, while the Grimes gazebo build is shaping up beautifully. Plus, we’re gearing up to kick off the Andrade bathroom remodel this next week and made sure to capture before photos. Stay tuned for all the details! Richter Project:

The stunning new walnut-finish garage door is now installed, adding a sleek and polished touch to the shop’s exterior. This feature ties the entire design together and elevates the space with its warm, natural tones. We’ve also completed all exterior painting scopes for the main house. We’re thrilled with how everything is turning out!

Grimes Project:

The Grimes gazebo build is coming along nicely! We’ve completed most of the structure and run the plumbing lines for the new exterior fireplace. Up next on our list: installing the roofing and skylights, adding the electrical, and attaching the last few powder-coated hardware pieces as the final touch. This structure is shaping up to be a fantastic outdoor space, and we can’t wait to see it completed soon!

Andrade Project:

We’re kicking off an exciting new bathroom remodel at the Andrade house! To get started, we’re laying down floor protection and carefully masking off doorways to keep the rest of the home spotless throughout the work. Demo is set for next week, so we made sure to snap some nice "before" photos to capture the full transformation as it unfolds. It’s going to be a big change, and we’re excited to bring a fresh, updated look to this space. Keep an eye out for our next update to see the demo progress!

Design Spotlight

In this week’s Design Spotlight, we’re featuring a lovely laundry room design. The sleek navy blue washer/dryer set adds a modern touch with the refined pop of color. We chose to pair the appliances with a fun, floral wallpaper that introduces fresh coral accents, making this space feel vibrant and cheerful!

To balance the modern lines with a bit of rustic charm, we incorporated a herringbone brick floor tile and distressed cabinetry, creating the warm and welcoming vibe that makes even chores feel a bit more enjoyable. And finally to elevate the look, we added a few touches of glam — a stained glass ceiling light and this natural stone backsplash that tie all the colors together and bring in a sense of artistry.
