Hey there! This week, we’re excited to share updates on some of our latest projects. At the Richter shop, we’re wrapping up the final punch list items, the Grimes gazebo build is complete with some amazing finishing touches, and the Andrade scopes of work are quickly progressing! Plus, don’t miss our Design Spotlight at the end of this newsletter for some fresh inspiration—we think you’ll love it!

Richter Project:

Final scopes are done! This project has been quite a journey, and we’re thrilled with the end results. Seeing everything come together so seamlessly has been incredibly rewarding. We’re proud to bring our clients’ vision to life and can’t wait for them to enjoy their beautiful, finished space. Final “after photos” coming soon!

Grimes Project:

This week, we wrapped up the gazebo build with some amazing finishing touches. We installed LED color-changing lights, roofing, skylights, and gutters—just in time for the rainy season! The Grimes family now has the perfect spot to cozy up by a fire, rain or shine. We’re loving how this project turned out and hope it becomes a favorite retreat for years to come!

Andrade Project:

We’re making great progress on the Andrade job site this week! We’ve completed the demo and framing for the new shower layout, and have started on plumbing rough-in. Next on the list: shower waterproofing, tile installation, and cabinet delivery. This transformation is already taking shape, and we’re excited to see it all come together in the weeks ahead!

Design Spotlight

Our Design Spotlight this week features a bathroom that embodies the ultimate spa-like luxury. The soft sage palette inspired by this beautiful waterjet marble mosaic tile sets a tone of understated elegance, while adding a touch of charm. Anchoring the design is this show-stopping fluted freestanding tub that incorporates texture with a graceful simplicity.

Adding a modern twist to the space, we chose "slim shaker” style cabinet doors, a contemporary take on a classic style that blends seamlessly with the overall design. The Taj Mahal quartzite countertops introduce an element of organic beauty, while the gold accents bring warmth and a refined finish. Together, these elements transform the bathroom into a personal sanctuary, where relaxation and sophistication go hand in hand. Who wouldn’t want to unwind and recharge in this dream-worthy space?
